FAQ

Purchases usually unlock within a minute. Open the Mosion app, pull to refresh your library, and make sure you signed in with the same email used at checkout. If it's still locked after a few minutes, send us your Order ID from the receipt and we'll release it.
No problem — your film is tied to the email you paid with. Contact support with your Order ID and the correct email, and we'll move the unlock to the right account.
The website is for buying and managing purchases only. To watch, download the Mosion app on Android or iOS, sign in with the email you used to pay, and your film will be in your library.
Every purchase has a receipt under My Purchases → Receipts. Open any order to view the full receipt, including Order ID and Transaction ID, and save a copy.
Pay-per-view purchases are generally final once a film is unlocked. If you were charged in error or a payment failed but money left your account, contact support with your Transaction ID and we'll resolve it.
Stream access gives you a 7-day window with one watch. Download access lets you keep the film offline in the app for 7 days. Pre-orders unlock on the film's release day.
Use the Android or iOS buttons anywhere on this site, or search "Mosion" on the Play Store or App Store. Sign in with the same email you used to buy.
Make sure you're using the email tied to your purchases. If you're still locked out, contact support and we'll help you recover access.
